How To Use Our 4-Ton Clicker Press
Our BG 4 Ton clicker press is a premium manual clicker for leather, vinyl, rubber, and other soft materials. It has a 9"x12" inch working area and accepts a 1/2" to 1 1/4" die height.
In the video we go over the many elements of the press including the adjustable head height, swing arm, greasing areas, and more. We also show you how it cuts heavy bridle leather such as coasters with a single click as well as larger items that require a 'double click'. Finally, we review embossing logos with the clicker.
We also sell several dies such as round and square coasters and key fobs.

I just bought one after watching your video. I was wondering if you know where I have to grease the press. It didn't really come with any paperwork. Also what grease do you use and how often hoe often should I grease it? Thanks for the great video.

Thanks for asking. You can grease the handle linkage as well as the smooth piston (where there is no paint). In general, anywhere two metal parts are rubbing together is a good place to grease or oil. A good quality automotive grease would work. Just be careful to not get grease anywhere where it might get on the leather!

That die is custom made. We stock the coaster, key fob, and earring dies, but not the belt tip one at the moment, sorry.

Leather thickness mm ?

The leather thickness you could use would depend in the die you are using. The press accepts dies from 1/2" to 1.5" and can be adjusted for various leather thicknesses from there.
