It's Real brother. They are telling you what they have been instructed. You have to convert it to regional Number by paying the remaining tax amount. Then only you will get the Noc. But the buyer doesn't need to pay any additional road tax as the road tax has been deposited by you. The second owner needs to pay the Ownership transfer charges while purchasing that's clear. Please guide for tax payment after 2 years but in different State. For example, I purchased a BH series registered vehicle in State A and after 2 years I want to pay tax for State B as I have shifted from State A to State B. How can I do it?

There is no need to pay tax to state B. As this registration mark is pan India, you have to continue paying the road tax limp sum amount for upcoming 14 years to state A wher this vehicle was registered for the first time.

There is one more question: As per Para 5(ii) of Haryana Government Order No. 22/21/2024-3T(1) dated 18.06.2024, the owner of the vehicle bearing BH Series registration mark is required to intimate the registering authority of his place of residence in Form 33, within 30 days, electronically through the portal, in case the vehicle is being kept in the State other than where the vehicle was originally registered. Hi I have one doubt. My company is not providing GST and pan information for BH series. Showroom said through broker they can do but they will provide GST and PAN from their own and approve it. Without GST and PAN number Form60 works. You can ask your company HR TO reply on email from RTO & visit RTO office. Don't go by showroom instructions. Visit RTO office meet the officers tell them the scenario they will give you a way
