New extractor spring and extractor arm if necessary. Probably a new recoil spring as well.

With a due respect a barrel shouldn't "lose accuracy" past a certain distance. The barrel is either in good shape or not.

Thats just what the BH spring solution guys claim in their personal testing, At the end the video i put 7 rounds though the gun one handed and got 6 hits on a full size target at 21 yards, which i consider good performance for a sub compact pistol. id need to test it further to really see what type of accuracy can be achieved, although personally id never use my handgun on anything passed 50 yards.
