Hello, Jenna. Thanks for not wasting the stems of the dasheen bush! 😁 I was wondering if one or two ochroes would enhance this recipe(?). I made this today it turn out great I don't have pimento or coconut oil but i have fresh coconut milk I didn't any pepper in mine but I had roast pepper sauce that lash .

I soak my saltfish. Strip it up first then soak it in plenty water. Change the water once, in 20-30 minutes it would be good.
