Well Mumbai does the Schengen visas for the entire country so it takes a lot of time to process and the jurisdiction also covers many states. They should honestly give some states to Bangalore.

I am currently in 11th and i just want to be prepared so I did a lot of research about dates an all. However, I still have doubts about the timing of the applications.For example the board result comes in May 2026, and it takes about 1.5 months to get the APS certificate. So, I will have all the required documents by July. The next application period starts on November 15. After applying, how long does it take to receive the invitation? Since the visa process takes around 2 months, what if I don’t get the visa by January?

you can't book a slot in Mumbai/Delhi. and no one can tell when the slots will be released. You have to wait till new slots are released. and if you think you cant make it before the start date of lectures then the best option is to ask university for extension or defer your intake if possible.

When I contacted the federal office, they said they couldn't find any visa applications under my passport number or application reference number. What should be my next step? I have opened with Expatrio with value package your recommendation. And i added my 2nd semester fee. But its not unblocked, as there requirement said it. It is blocked. What shall i do, i have submitted them my semester fee structure and the visa requirements. There was no reply for last 3 to 4 days for my request though Iam a laid customer. I got admission in private studienkolleg and i also have submitted my visa documents at vfs..what do you think of chances of mine gettig visa...lemme tell you whole process so i got admission from private studienkolleg but first i got conditional letter that i have to learn german till b2 and till now i have learned the german till a2 so conditional letter says that first i will learn b1 and b2 german language then i will directly start my studienkolleg and at the end of studienkolleg i will give my fsp whih will be conducted by cologne government once i will clear it i will get admission in any one of the university in germany.......so what do you think about this will i get my visa approved for this?????
