FOR THE MASALA:
Coriander Seeds= 1 tbsp
Cumin Seeds= 1 tsp
Fennel Seeds= 1/2 tsp
Whole Red Chilly= 6
Cinnamon Stick= 2
Cloves= 8
Garlic= 22 seeds
Ginger= 2 inch
Black Pepper= 1 tsp
Water
FOR THE CHICKEN FRY:
Oil= 1 cup
Chicken= 1 kg
Salt= 1 tbsp
Kashmiri Red Chilly Powder= 1 tsp
FOR THE TADKA:
Green Cardamom= 6
Mace Flower= 1/4
Black Cardamom= 1
Bay Leaf= 2
Onion= 4
Turmeric Powder= 1/2 tsp
Kashmiri Red Chilly Powder= 1 tbsp
Tomato= 200 gm
Salt= 1 tsp

Sir mai pahadi hu par log yaha chicken aise nahi bante. Jaha tak spices ka sawal hai pahado mai log kaali mirch itna use nahi karte. Kasmiri lal mirch phado mai log use nahi karte,chicken aur mutton with skin pakaya jaata hai. Ye toh normal chicken masala banaya hai.
