Thanks a lot for ur videos mam. I would say the best ever needed channel I have subscribed yet, its urs...I really got this video at very much needed time and I can't express that how much is it helping me in day to day basis...I was thinking that sitting at 1 place for 10 min simply n doing al these pranayama r not possible to me and how come this simple thing can reduce my stress n anxiety...After seeing ur video n doing so, started realising that how it works..Thanks a lot for so content video..I really appreciate the way u make ur video. Clear, no loose talk n so much content. Keep doing it..Thanks again..

These sessions have really helped me with my anxiety, i wouldn't say it's completely gone but surely has reduced! I'll make sure to continue pranayama even after this challenge is done ❤️✅

Morning :-) The sessions really helped me to stabilize my breathe over the entire course. I had difficulty after a nose operation to change my breath from the mouth to the nose again. Breathed through the mouth over years. So with all my heart, thank you for this Practice and your good work. :)

My experience soo far has been amazing! I love how you started with just yogic breathing.. That used to seem difficult in the first few days but eventually we came to this level of breathing where 6 count hold is something I accomplished and I Am so proud of myself! This 18 days of pranayama also taught me the power of consistently and showing up everyday..I took a break for a day or two but than i came back and it felt amazing! Starting my morning with this beautiful session makes me calm and also!! Now I have a morning routine! Iam seeing improvements in just 18 days..and I am deeply thankful to you 💛
