At first I wasn't sure if I would stick with this challenge, but I'm so glad I did! Doing this practice every morning for 21 days has given me a sense of peace and calm that stays with me through my day. This will be an ongoing practice for me now. Thank you for sharing this gift Bharti. 🤗🙏

Today, I completed this challenge. I am still a beginner and cannot perform 5 counts Nadisodhana. Yet my happiness is I completed this challenge. Thank you Bharti, you are amazing Yoga guru. Lots of Love.

Did this for more than 21 days because I would forget which day I was at. Did not mind it though. I'm currently doing my internship, and I must say that this internship has been the least stressful of them all! I wake up feeling stressed every morning, but this practice has helped me to calm down, and it sets me up for the rest of my day. This has been a very essential tool that I have needed in my toolbox to cope with chronic stress. Thank you Bharti, this program has inspired me to take a training course to teach pranayama so that I could help others the same way you have helped this community.

I completed 21 days with a break or two . But I will start all over again. 21st day I could not hold my breath after 10 breath out ..but I tried.I am 75 years old. Thank you so much.God bless you. I started with your 15 min daily pranayam bec you were counting with us so I could concentrate on my breathing...then did this challenge. Huuuge difference in how I feel.

I have been doing your yoga class every morning for the last six months. Today I decided to try the pranayama practice, of course starting with the last day😁. I enjoyed it but found I didn't know most of the mudras of course. Will go to the beginning to learn more. Thanks for taking the time to teach

Thank you for this beatiful and easy to follow pranayama. I usually have difficulty with beong persistant adn doing sth everday but this was so easy for me to do. I didn't have any resistance, just did it. Today I have a little resistance but will do it after I write this comment cause I know I will feel great after. Thinking what should I choose to do daily cause I get bored if the routine is the same every day and after a while just quit.....any suggestions are welcome❤

thank you thank you thank you❤ when i started this challenge i needed to sit on a pillow and by the end, for the first time in my life i find it more comfortable to sit up straight on the floor! Life is really all about the little things and i am so proud and happy to have practiced this each morning. i have learned so much about myself and i know this is only the beginning❤ having this ultimate surrender has created so much space in my heart for new adventures and it wouldn’t have been possible without this community! feeling supported and having accountability during this challenge helped IMMENSELY i don’t think i would have stuck with it if this community wasn’t here. i am so grateful to be in this new chapter of my life and for all of the support during this series. i will be rewatching these for awhile😂❤️ i wish everyone the best xx -Paige

Thank you.I started late so finished the 21 day challenge today.I loved the process,particularly the very Positive affirmations at the beginning of each session and the challenge of increasing breath counts with each new day.I feel a lightness and easiness of breath at the end of the 21st day.Looking forward to more from u soon

Really enjoyed this challenge, and the accountability. My breathing and arm strength (!) has definitely improved since starting this; it was a real struggle for me at the start and I just did what I could. Im watching this playlist im on 16 day im loving it thank you so much for making this, one thing i wanna know which i am experiencing for last few days when i close my eyes that time many of thoughts would come in my mind and i felt myself distracted . Pls suggests me how to deal with it 🙏

Hi Santokh, staying in the present is the main aim of yoga. While getting distracted by thoughts is completely normal, whenever you realized that, just come back to your breath and keep going. It will become better with practice and don't worry too much behind it. :)

Hi Soniya, generally spot reduction doesn't work. I would recommend full body practice like vinyasa yoga or hatha yoga for toning full body. You can take part in the upcoming Get Set Yoga challenge to get started :)
