Most healthiest breakfast ever..! | Raw banana semige | Balekkayi semige recipe | ಬಾಳೆಕಾಯಿ ಸೇವಿಗೆ
Similar to rice shyavige, raw banana shyaviges also taste good. In today's video, we present 2 different methods of preparing shyavige from raw banana. Here we are using giant governor breed for this purpose. This breed is best suitable for either ripening or any dishes in cooking. Mr. VK Sharma says, as an intercrop of areca, giant governor breed of bananas are best for agriculturists for day today use. About the recipe, actually raw bananas cooked as a whole, pressed shyavige, and then 2 types of dishes made from the shyavige, those are chitra shyavige and curd shyavige. One is similar to chitranna, and the other resembles curd rice. Both are very healthy and tasty.
Ingredients:
For Chitra, semige
Raw, banana 30
Coconut oil 5sp
Mustard seeds 2sp
Urad dal 1sp
Ground nut one full hand
Curry leaves
Chopped Oinon 2
Green chilli 4
Turmeric powder
Red chilli powder
Coriender leaves
Created coconut 1cup
Banana semige
Salt to taste
Lemon juice 2sp
For Mosaru semige
Pomegranate 1
Chopped onion 1
Chopped green chilli 2
Cucumber 1
Chopped coriender leaves
Curd 1 ltr
Banana simige
Fried cashew 1cup
Salt to taste
Sugar 2sp
