आपकी इनफॉरमेशन बहुत अच्छी थी मुझे यह जानकारी चाहिए कि बवासीर के ऑपरेशन के बाद मुझे भिंडी कद्दू बैंगन खाना चाहिए या नहींखाना चाहिए और कितने दिन तक नहींखाना चाहिए

Very Good Information 🙏🙏, Query, I was 15 months old baby when diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes now 45 years old, so around 44 years of Type 1 Diabetes. Was diagnosed with High blood pressure so 1/2 tablet of Amlosafe TM 40 was prescribed but While Walking dizziness is happening on ongoing basis, Didn't check BP, is it Low Blood Pressure 🤔🤔 n as an Diabetic what level of Blood Pressure should I maintain. Thanks 🙂🙂🙏🙏.

Most of the type 1 Diabetes are from infancy as our pancreas does not produce Insulin which is required for regulation of sugar. Kindly check your BP while you are having dizziness as this can be because of low BP, in that case your hypertensive drug dose should be adjusted. Another reason of dizziness could be low sugar level, and this may be because of the more insulin injection and decrease food intake. Rarely internal ear problems and infection which can also occur in diabetes may be a reason for that for which you need to meet an ENT specialist. Psoriasis mein zyadatar processed cheezen, animal products nahin lene cahiye. Bhindi agar aapko allergy nahin karti to istemal karne mein dikat nahin. Thodi matra mein istemal karke observe karen. Agar aap kahin se treatment le rahen hain to behtar hai baat kar len kyonki kuch dava ka intereaction bhi ho sakta hai. Dhanyavad.

Dal ko pakne mein sabse jayada samay lagta hai. Ekathee ek hi baar mein pakayenge to tauri aur bhendi ke gun jyadatar nashta ho jayenge. Alag pakayen ye nutrition ke hisab se badhiya rahega.

Yes you may use it but not in excess. Serving of 100-200 g once or twice a week will be great.

Gathia mein uric acid badhta hai Jo protein khane se jyada hota hai. AAP bhindi kha sakte hain.

Thanks a lot for your valuable question. Slimy part is usually good fiber - non digestible starch or complex carbohydrate. Rest Okra has oxalate as an essential component in it apart from other constituents. Cooking decreases the oxalate content.

बिल्कुल खाएं लेकिन मात्रा कम रखें। और अगर आप शुगर की भी दवाइयां ले रहे हैं तो सतर्क रहें क्योंकि शरीर में शुगर कम होने की सम्भावना होती है। धन्यवाद।

@@romeshgupta6343 Usually it doesn't but if you are taking too less or no fiber than this may cause such problems as your gut is not used to such food. In that case start slow or low in amount and over a period of use increase its amount. Addition of probiotics will also help you in this problem. Thanks a lot.

Bhindi uric acid nahin badhati kyonki isme protein kafi Kam hain. Apni diet mein protein Kam karenge to uric acid controle AA jayega. Bahut jyada hai to doctor se milkar dawa lein. Dhanyawad.
