Dr Gunjan, I came across ur video. Very good impact on our health you pointed out. issues I need to fix my liver and kidney issues. Drs, have me on meds. I am also on low sodium diet due to water retention. But, they didn't mention sugar, which is worse for the liver. But I have learnt alot from uoutube videos. I have fibrosis cirrhosis and its affecting my kidney. I have inflammation. My bile is not great. Platelets were 78 then 68 then 56 now 94. Some fruits have to much sugar. Vitamin c fruits i have in moderation. I have high iron. I did alot of exercise before covid i drank in moderation but I would take pain killers for my back due sciatica nerve. Im trying to gain muscle but i need to take protien for the liver but to much is not goid for the kidney. My Gamma is 104. I can go on and on. But can you give me your thoughts on this. Pain, meds were paracetamol. My daughter has certainly palsy and I am her caregiver. She wants me to look after myself. I look good good but mostly pale but on the inside i feel awful. Thankyou for the information I apologize for any confusion. While it's true that both the brain and the gut contain a large number of neurons, the brain actually contains significantly more neurons than the gut. The human brain contains around 86 billion neurons, which form the basis of the central nervous system responsible for processing information and controlling various bodily functions. On the other hand, the enteric nervous system (ENS) in the gut contains millions of neurons (around 200-600 million), which regulate the gastrointestinal system's functions like digestion, nutrient absorption, and gut motility. So, in terms of neuron count, the brain indeed has far more neurons compared to the gut. The gut's neurons are important for local control of gut functions, but they are outnumbered by the neurons in the brain.

Can you please make a video on endometriosis. I used to have unbearable period pain when I was a teenager. Every three days of the month I was bedridden, but after marriage it was fine. I got pregnant 3 times and had early miscarriages.Since last 3 years I had bloating, got endoscopy and everything came out fine. I got married at 31 and pregnant after a year. Recently my doctor recommended laparoscopy, as there was a cyst that was not going. After laparoscopy I found out that I had advanced endometriosis, and there was so much inflammation, so they had to remove my left fallopian tube as it was infected. So sometimes we don’t know why certain things are happening. So please tell us about the diet and symptoms, so that others can know before it’s too late.

Ladies, with due respect, for the benefit of your viewers I would like to put this straight so they are not misguided: Fact check1: Gut doesn't have more neurons than brain. Gut has 0.5 billion neurons, but brain has approx 100 billion - 200 times. Fact check2: Gut feeling is "intution" and it doesn't happen in guts really. It happens in brain, where the brain makes use of past experiences, along with internal signals and cues from the environment, to help us make a decision. This decision happens so quickly that it doesn’t register with our conscious mind. Fact check3: When you’re anxious, u don't get stomach cramps because your gut is nervous, but because brain sends chemical messengers to your gut, which sometimes responds with physical symptoms, including cramps, diarrhea, nausea, or constipation.

Very well said and that is the only real truth. What you experience in your mouth is already stored as memory in your brain. Your brain tells your senses and body tells you how good light or heavy. The gut is always sending messages to your brain when you hungry or find food juicy or heavy oily too oily..What do, see and taste or feel after heavy food is your brain sending you sensations of messages through sympathetic system. The feel good about food and its final effects on your body is received by your brain. The mood changes are felt and stored in your subconscious mind about taste , habits discomfort and pain is only a end result. The good and bad bacteria are only doing their work of digestion, absorption and assimilation in the Gut or whole digestive system. The end result is sent to body and mind to analyze what is good or bad for the body. So stay alert as per the instructions by dietary experts and doctors and nutrition professionals who can assist you in selecting the right combinations of food and fruits and salads and the time and climate for seasonal grains .

To be honest both are fine mrng as well afternoon it doesn't matter much but dinner should be less or else u can have early dinner like 6/7pm then that cab be more as well The reason is as soon as sunset happens our body digestion gets slow there has been already various studies done on this.. so during mrng to till sunset our digestive system works fast so whatever we eat gets digested easily comparing to the food we eat after sunset that's why it's said to eat early dinner so that u will have more time to make ur food digest till u sleep

Eat light food or breakfast in the morning, heavy meal in afternoon, very little in Night (before 9pm).

Actually in morning, body wakesup from break, so it has to be moderate breakfast, while in noon our body is fully ready for digestion and sun is on our head, so we can have heavy meal. So thumb rule for daily meal is Moderate - heavy - light .
