There’s nothing else I want to do in my life and I felt like God might be calling me I’ve been listening and paying attention but I also feel like I’d never be good because I never really went to church as a kid because of the way my dad works that’s no excuse though and I’m looking for one to go to but now I’m not sure but the thought of doing anything else bothers me there isn’t anything else I want to do!

Tomorow I will start my first year studying Pastoral Theology and I definitely had this subconscious expectation that once I get out of college and I become a pastor, it will just be smooth sailing. Well I know this is from God.So I'm 15.The Lord Jesus told me to start a bible study.The things you talking about are true they are reality I know one might say you only 15 telling 15 year olds about God but I remember times where all I did in prayer was cry because of the persecution by people that knew God way longer than me.God would tell me love them.Times where I would expect God to say alot He would just say Love Them.Its not easy but it taught me alot about trusting God.God told me not so long ago that this bible study is just to prepare me for leading a church through it all God reminded me that He gives the hardest battles to the His most faithful servants

"Biggest Challenge For Young People In Ministry" Would you say complete lack of belief is one of the challenges for young people? These days we have so much better information than our parents that most likely indoctrinated us before the age of critical thinking. Our parents just believe because that is what their parents taught them and so on. The fear of hell and the selfish rewards of heaven (carrot and stick) keep people stuck in these religions. Don't get me wrong it's the same deal if you are Christian or Muslim so I'm not picking sides they are both as bad as each other. Anyway nowadays we can see that the bible was written by 'who knows who' as we don't know and have virtually nothing external to it. You really are taught 'for the bible tells me so' or 'for the Quran tells me so'. You have to swallow it up and for get good evidence. Science is closing the gaps and there just doesn't seem any need for the man created supernatural world. What are you thoughts please? Best Gray - from the UK
