An ongoing 'brain drain' is hampering Bhutan's efforts to recharge its post-COVID economy. CNA's Saksith Saiyasombut spoke exclusively to Bhutan Prime Minister Tshering Tobgay, who said overall unemployment is "more or less manageable" at about 5% to 5.5%, but youth unemployment at 29% is "unacceptably high".
