58:30 from their answers it seems like they are working on a new engine which will allow to change the vegetation type in game, I think the problem is not "logic" based but rather grpahic as in they are trying to make an engine that allows to change the visuals on the terrain map together with the vegetation type modifiers and they don't want to make promises since it's still in development

3:03:30 You take the slower speed artificers since you need less inventions to unlock higher tiers with them. So if you are rushing a certain invention or have planned out what inventions you want to take it'll be faster to take the slower ones.

23:35 China having almost no farmlands is not a mistake, if you read under the map of China you brought out Pavia said that the reason why there aren't many farmlands is because they didn't have them in the game when they made the map, also keep in mind that many regions in Europe got more famrlands after their reviews, China which has got a review yet will probably get WAY more farmlands in the future
