#烤箱溫度180度C (水浴法,加入熱水位置大約1cm高度)烘烤大約40分鐘+關火悶10分鐘,直到表面金黃色(為參考用,需自己再依照烤箱調整)
#我沒有使用氣炸鍋來製作過任何的烘焙品,家裡也沒有這個設備,所以我無法提供使用氣炸鍋的溫度或是時間建議
#如果烘烤出爐沒有上色,裂開,甚至中間沒有凸起呈現凹陷狀態,先去用烤箱專用溫度計測試烤箱內溫度是否有跟設定值有很大溫差,一班都是這些問題, 另外如果你的蛋糕完全沒有怎麼長高,大多為攪拌問題(消泡了)麵糊的空氣都沒有了,所以無法膨脹。
食材Ingredients:
(8”模具x1)食材溫度於冷藏狀態可直接製作
• 雞蛋 egg 4pcs(large) 包含蛋殼的重量每個大約62~65g左右重量
• 希臘優格(無糖)greek yogurt 500g(無糖)
• 白糖 caster sugar 120g (保留1/3的量左右加入蛋黃)
• 柳橙皮或是檸檬皮orange zest 1pc(增加風味用)
• 香草精 vanilla extra 1 tsp
• 鹽salt 1/4 tsp(蛋白用)
• 玉米澱粉corn starch 50g
裝飾 assembly :
• 防潮糖粉 icing sugar
