Hey Heather! I find your videos really really helpful ☺️ thank you for taking the time and sharing your insights. I work at Google and contemplating on studying organizational psychology. I thought with the recent trends in the industry and society there would be more and more professionals wanting to study this area. However most top colleges only offer a PhD degree that's research orientated. Do you have any suggestions on masters vs PhD and which schools are really good?

Hi Poonam, thank you for the kind note. Yes, most programs specific to becoming an Organizational psychologist will be either a masters or a PhD. You can look into other types of programs like Organizational Development, Organizational Behavior or if you are more quantitative you can look at things like Hull University's Online Masters in People Analytics or NYUs Human Capital Analytics & Technology. In the end it comes down to what you would like to do with your learning. Good luck!
