Thanks for explaining a holistic approach to data centered problem solving. Your way of presenting confusing and complex concepts is unambiguous and interesting at the same time. It further gives food for thought to the way I approach my daily work routine. Any People or HR Analytics certification which you'd like to recommend to HR professionals?

Glad you liked the video. Yes, there are a lot of HR Analytics certifications available today. I offer people analytics in the Rutgers Certificate in Human Resources Analytics (execed.rutgers.edu/programs-for-individuals/human-resources-management/human-resources-analytics-essentials-certificate/) and there are many others that are very good and taught by other fantastic experts in the field.
