When Herod killed all the babies, wondering how John the Baptist escaped this event. Always wondering what “ Baptize with Holy Spirit AND FIRE “ means … the fire part

For the fire part, I always think of Mal. 3:2. I have always thought Elizabeth and Zechariah raised John in a town other than Bethlehem.
