@Kaela, normally I am strong yet the moment you stated about Scoliosis that did make me cry, knowing the pain and discomfort it causes. You have done well and it makes you smile to see how you have a smile on your face and never let this disease get in the way. People often judge people on their outward appearance, never for one moment really knowing what problems we have in our own lives. God Bless.

My first thoughts to examine myself made me think that the field parable was meant to teach us that life isn’t always fair and that you have to trust that God sees the bigger picture than what you see as fair or what you think you should have. But then I thought about it more and it really is fair and it was agreed upon and everyone went into the agreement happy with what they were working for, and the only reason that they were displeased was because they compared themselves to others and became jealous. So maybe it’s a lesson of not being jealous or comparing yourself to others and be happy with what you have and happy for others with what they have. And I also thought that maybe it could be a testament to the situation of which they were enlisted into work! Because some bartered for the exact amount for the full day: then the other laborers it just says “whatever is right I will give you” so maybe he felt in his heart that he wanted to give more to those who were trusting and happy to work for whatever he saw fit to give them for their time and grateful for the work…. So much to wonder!

Ah, good catch on “whatever is right.” Thank you for sharing!

This is such great personal insight. Remember, Jesus is teaching this parable to them to help them understand the Kingdom of Heaven. There will almost always be principles and truths we can apply to our lives today, but remember the purpose and point is that the “Kingdom of Heaven is life…” - with that understanding, look at the comparison, and the jealousy of who received 🕵️♀️😉

Good Morning or Afternoon, I'm running late this morning but so looking forward to this session of learning how curious I get today. Sometimes or often I wish I could chat with you, but I'm trying to get better at comments. Like one day I had a wonderful answer to one of your Curious question and I'm doing this solo so I had no one to talk with about it, but I did share your info with my neighbor so hoping we can connect daily that way we can have discussions. Have a Blessed day.

Kaela, Thank you again for another great study. I too had to deal with scoliosis from a young age and had multiple surgeries since 2014 to try to correct it. I never once asked God to heal me from it but I did ask Him to be over the medical staff doing my surgeries and caring for me. I just thought that is what God gave me to bear since my mom was full of arthritis, I had just inherited it. None of my friends or family knew the pain I was in because I just worked through it without complaints. Never missed a day of work because of it. Since reading the Book of Matthew and following this study I am going to change my prayer requests for my healing. God bless you! I just love listening to you teach. You truly have a gift!!! Don’t let it get away. Until the next chapter!!!

Kaela, today went really deep. Thank you for sharing your examination moments. Your observation about the blind beggars believing Jesus to do the hard thing really spoke to me. Good word!

You are so welcome, always. That observation literally just happened for me at the end of April (less than a month ago) sitting on a dock at the lake at 4am 🙌🏼

You brought out a new perspective from the scripture regarding the vineyard. I'd never seen it in that way before. I'd always interpreted it as related to Salvation; some people have served God most of their lives and others have received salvation on their deathbed and I saw that as people being jealous but Jesus Paid It All For Everyone John 3:16 Thank you for encouraging me. Prayers for healing of your physical need and the others with their needs. Above all else, may our Faith increase whatever we may endure.

Thank you for your encouragement and prayers. Jesus is speaking about the Kingdom of Heaven. There are truths and principles we can still glean from and examine ourselves through as well ☺️ I believe if it's God's heart toward THAT, then it's God's heart, period ❤️

Hi Kaela, I can empathise with you regarding your Scoliosis. I have Lumbar and Cervical Spondylosis, Ischemic Heart Disease, Hypercholesterolemia and a Hiatus Hernia. My IHD and cholesterol problem I've been suffering with for 35yrs, my Spondylosis for 33yrs BUT, my Hiatus Hernia only about 18-24 months. The only one I have prayed for healing is my Hiatus Hernia as its got worse over the last 3-4 months and it sometimes keeps me awake all night. God Bless Kaela, you're in my prayers. ❤

Before I was saved, I would always wonder, How is it that people that are not living for the kingdom of God get to go to heaven in the same way that people who are living and abiding in the Lord do? I have learned a lot since then.

Hello Keyla! So awesome! I love your videos. However it seems like I can’t get all your Mathews, every time I click to find your other videos I get Acts! I first want to go throw Mathews first. I can’t find your Mathews ones without Acts piping up.

I'm not going to lie, I would be upset if someone got the same pay as me as I worked longer and harder. I do understand the message here and accept it though.

For sure. This is truly what happens when I examine myself. I can pinpoint areas of how I would feel/react/act, and then I can work on that within myself 🙏🏻

Well, honestly, in this generation, we know we all want to be paid according to how long we worked. Not exactly sure why Jesus paid them all the same, but I know he’s never wrong, and he always knows best. But have to be honest, I would want more. Just being honest….pray for me. 😳🙄

This is great and honest examination. Remember, this is a parable. Jesus is using this story about the man and giving equal pay to teach about the Kingdom of Heaven. Have a listen again, read through again, maybe even use some of the resources in the description. I am so proud of you for your honesty about your own heart... *for now😉🙏🏻

Thank you 🙏🏼. I feel it’s important to be honest with myself. I will go over that chapter again this evening. 😊
