I used to be a worrier too. But, I had to learn to surrender my fears/worries to God. Trusting Him to ease the burden of anxieties in my life. If your heart is willing, leave your anxieties at the feet of Jesus through prayer. You must have strong faith. It doesn't mean you'll never worry....but the fears will be diminished a lot! God is always in control, no need to fear anything. I'll pray for you today. God Bless 🙏🏾🌺

I have come a long way from the nervous wreck I was since I realised God didn't make me this way to live in fear of people but to be attentive to the needs of others and to care for them. I generaly dont get down easily since i was reborn. But this season of my life is going so tough and today my anxiety started knock the door and somehow i let my guard down and let it in. I suffered with anxiety and panic attacks. My mother is a child of God and she showed me the way when I was young but I was led astray by my own actions I was lost in sin but last month I caught covid I was even more afraid but I got on my knees and ask God to come into my heart and save me from the deck and today I am a born again Christian a full believer that Jesus Christ has paid the price for my sins. Now i need this because right now i having a hard time overthinking and being so anxious about my health even also my father's health because we starting having symptoms of covid 19 i felt like so worried about this but now i am glad that God reminded me in every trial in my life there is always a purpose why this happends to my life. So take courage and take heart do not doubt i know by the grace of God He may deliver us through this hardship
