You're right. I think it happens to all of us and all the time. ~But it's just a "intimate fight" we should NOT stop fighting. ~Because in a material fallen world our spiritual godly identity don't comes out naturally. We have to strongly excersice Our Free Will like in any war!

Meditate on the scriptures and believe the scriptures imspite of the contradictory circumstances. Who do you trust more. God or yourself. You have to cast down imaginations amd every high thing that exalts itself above the knowledge of God. Walking with God is just trusting Him even sometimes when you dont understand. Make that choice to trust Him.and pray too...Go to His word concerning whatever situation you are going through and quote His word back to Him and say God you said this and you said that...and when you pray believe it. Then after, when the enemy causes you to doubt, go back to the word and quote the scripture in your mind and aloud if you have to. It really works...it may not be immediate but with time you will realise it does. That is what i do and it works all the time for me... The only part of God we can see physically is His word and He says He is His word. He also said He watches over His word to perform it..So trusting and believing God is trusting and believing His word.

Yes, that is true in my life too. An important aspect is exchanging the anxiety for something else, it's called reciprocal inhibition. Dr. Marcum was spot on in the Scriptures he chose. We don't just stop worrying because we will it to happen, we need to exchange our anxious frame of mind and replace with thankfulness and praise. It's definitely not a one-time action.

i suffer from Hypertention Anxiety disorder and PTSD my heart is not in best of health and i have very high blood pressure' but there are just some things about the truth in the bible that gives me Anxiety like the Lake of Fire terrifies me' and Jesus saying for i never knew you depart from me' when i hear these verses about Hell i get panic attacks am i the only one? i cant even watch video testimonies about HELL it will cuase me sever health issues.

@@SonzOfEnoch You don't even have to think or worry about hell. When you humble yourself before the Lord and believe in your heart that you need a savior and that savior is Jesus, you will be saved. The truth will set you free. You can enjoy the fruits of the spirit. There is nothing to fear! God welcomes and offers the same gift to all of us, no matter how wretched one may be. He will have mercy and bring change to anyone who seeks it. It's beautiful.

I have been extremely anxious about my family in a war zone. When I was praying, I was praying for certain things to happen (instead of that His will be done), and found that my prayer time was full of anxiety. I started playing online games to distract myself, and then that caused me terrible anxiety and irritation because I got addicted to the game, I got addicted to how it was doing too good of a job distracting me from my thoughts. I realized what I was doing, closed the window mid game and said, I am going to God. I knew I needed some scriptures specific for anxiety and worry and found this. I feel much more confident I can do this together with God if I give myself over to Him, trust Him with my cares and worries, and just count my blessings. Thank you for this. I pray it helps others too. God is amazing.

Hi this was awesome! I loved it. Ive been struggling all my life with severe anxiety and depression. This is the kind of teaching that can actually break the power of anxiety and depression. The (literately) damned anxiety and depression are ultimately caused by something we are saying to ourselves in our minds.. Words. It all starts with words; even creation was made by God's Word.... Our words we say to ourselves is like the codes in a software program. The chemicals, the hormones are released as a direct command from what we have said in our mind. We can raise the shield of faith and say:"NO! I will not accept anxiety and depression!" We can pray and thank God and be grateful and the these good words released will lead to release of chemicals and hormones that brings healing, health, joy and peace!

I had a massive heart attack ((STEMI)) in March and my anxiety has been through the roof, if my blood pressure gets even remotely close to 140/90, I freak out and if my heart rate goes over 85, again, I freak out.. I had a stent place , I do have another one ((LCX)) that is at 70 percent but being treated with meds... I just want to say thank you again for this... It helps a ton.. God bless you Doctor...

I need prayer very badly. I live in chronic pain and severe illness for many years. I sometimes think about ending it all. I can not believe I think this way. I need surgeries and time off from my farm to be able to recover but I need money for all this, can anyone help me please. I am a born again Christian and I have tithed for the past 22 years and I am so confused why I am struggling to make ends meet and suffer from chronic illness when I have honored him like this with my finances. I have prayed so much already. The first 5 years of me tithing is was a big miracle at the blessings, but the past 17 have not been over flow blessings. I would be happy with just not being sick and scraping by I would be thrilled.

Do not think that way, quite the opposite, even if we are going through the valley of death and affliction we continue searching in the Lord, it is easy for those who do not have that difficulty to say I believe and I trust, but for us it is double work, and we still continue to seek comfort, liberation in the Lord and seeking for Him to heal us, we are very brave and continue in faith.
