I love how the circle of vibrant colors appears whenever there’s conflict or even just talk of God’s blessings! To me it’s symbolic of God is reversing and repairing the damage that we’ve done and it shows how He works all things together for good! (Romans 8:28 MSG)💖✝️🙏🏽

Jesus said "a good tree cannot bear bad fruit" and this is sound logic, which means "our father" isn't perfect if we aren't.

I really like the way you said Jesus reversed the curse, in the example of loving people who have hurt us. It's so natural to just judge people for things they have done wrong, but imagine the contagion of loving people freely and doing nice things for them regardless of the evil things they have done.

The resultant implication is that if He (Jesus) only "believes" then He cannot / does not know. That would imply He was not omniscient, and therefore not God, but something less. Another wonderful video. One critique though. At 4:25, you say, "Jesus BELIEVED that He was that chosen Israelite." A better way to phrase this is, "Jesus WAS that chosen Israelite." By saying He "believed," it makes Jesus appear like a random zealot who applied the prophetic scriptures to himself over a man who learned He was the Son of God. Jesus didn't just believe, He knew. The reason I'm picking at this is because we don't want to give any potential viewers an excuse to see Jesus as anything more than a man. He was a man, but He was also the Son of God and the only one who can save us from our sins. Take this critique as you will. I always like your videos and appreciate how much effort you put into visualizing biblical themes with stunning images. Keep up the Lord's work.

I agree. I had to stop and rewind the video to make sure I heard correctly. The Bible Project has been accused of some false teaching surrounding Jesus. It was known from His time in the womb that He was God's salvation to earth. Their wording on this seems contrary to that.

This is a wonderful channel responsible for teaching difficult concepts to those yearning for the blessing of salvation from Jesus Christ in order to reverse the curse of sin through sanctification. However please remember to choose the right words when explaining concepts. Jesus did not believe He was the way to reverse this curse. This statement makes one believe there was another way. THERE IS NO OTHER. In essence Jesus is God, He was present & active at creation, He was present and active all through human history, as is the Holy Spirit. JESUS IS THE ONLY WAY TO GOD THE FATHER. He came to earth, FULLY GOD FULLY MAN, to pay our rebellion price in His blood that we could be RECONCILED to the blessing of new life in HIM & to show forth the 7 fold spirit of God as new priests and children of God.

I may be agnostic, but when I was fully christian, I once was very angry at God, and at a friend who betrayed me (I was like 11 or something). So I went to church, with a bright red candle (which had the initials of said person engraved with a toothpick). In church there was a massive candleabra arrangement where you could place a candle to pray to God for someone. I placed the blood red candle in the holder, lit it on fire, and prepared to curse the person in question, while levying challenges to God. The priest was not happy, but saw I was crying, so let me be. After some time I felt a presence behind me. Taking that as a signal, I opened my mouth to curse God and the person who had hurt me, finding to my great surprise that the only words I could utter were blessings and forgiveness, as happy memories of that person flooded my mind. The next day I spoke to him, and I forgave him. He apologised, and I feel no hostility to him now. Even if God doesn't exist, convincing yourself that someone is listening is useful sometimes.

Jesus is the image (in love, patience, etc.) of his God and Father the invisible God Jehovah (like father like son), and we should be the image of his son Jesus according to Paul.
