The Apostle says we are to grow up in Christ, leave the basic doctrines, become teachers and have good fruit in our lives. All the things the Church of Hebrews needed to learn to do. ‭ They did have love toward their brothers in the church and needed to build upon that to grow up to maturity in Christ. They needed to stop being slothful and start being diligent in the things of the Lord in order to put them on the course toward assurance of salvation.
