I'm feeling deeply depressed. It's worsened, today I'm crying and feeling so anxious, sad and useless. I have every symptom Dr. M just listed and have had them for a long time after losing my husband almost 8 yrs ago. Now, his service dog is dying. I love this dog so much, he was the last of what me and my husband shared. This dog became my ESA after I lost my husband. I will miss him so much. I hope in Heaven he and my husband will be waiting for me. Please pray for me. I know you don't know me but I really need prayers. Thank you and may you all be blessed with healthy mental health.

I'M PRAYING FOR YOU!! I don't know you, but God does!! I'm 71 and feel better physically and mentally and emotionally than I have in over 20 years!! Anxiety and depression are basically gone, and I am off my Prozac! Been on 11 prescriptions for years, and I am now off 7 of those!! I thank God for leading me out of my dreary "existence" and giving me a life back!! I was lead to clean up my diet, stop ALL processed and convenient food, and only eat REAL FOOD!! I went keto and then went heavily meat based with eggs, etc. I believe God gave us the animals to eat, and that is the most nutrient dense and complete foods we have!! BUT, I think the most important thing is to eliminate the processed and ultra processed things with sugar and empty carbs that also have lots of ingredients I can not pronounce, let alone know why I would need them!! I pray God's grace on you, and HE will comfort you during this trying time!! I pray HE will lead you and give you answers on how to overcome your losses!! GOD LOVES YOU, AND IS WALKING ALONG WITH YOU!! REACH OUT AND HOLD ON TO HIS MIGHTY HAND!! GOD BLESS YOU!! ❤🤗🤗🙏🙏🙏🙏

I have terrible anxiety. Mostly related to my job. I actually hate my job. Also,something in my brain doesn’t feel right. I just got off of meds, because they actually made my symptoms worse.

Clinical depression, generalized anxiety disorder for 44 years. I have a genuinely deep trust and faith in God. I’m not seeking answers to why I have this. I am seeking biblically answers from God on either how to be healed from this, through God what can I do to help with this or be healed for this or how is he wanting me to use this? For 44 years I have had therapy inpatient, outpatient, and I have over these 44 years taking all the medication that is available. I have attempted suicide more times than I ever want to admit and I have thought about suicide regularly for 44 years but praise God he’s never let it happen. I have done the sunlight therapy, exercise therapy. I have had IV infusions of vitamins and I don’t know where to go. It seems that every sermon that I have researched over the years talk about depression and anxiety, but not on a level that I have and that so many others have. It seems they only touch on short term, depression, or somebody’s depressed for a couple of days. God I pray through you somebody out there will speak through you and reach me.
