Thank you for making these videos. I understand it takes time. They really help. I unfortunately suffer from PTSD, you can probably understand it makes me jerk at any load noise that I don't expect. The doctors want me on antidepressants, but I refused because I have seen what they have done to others. The did convince me to take xanax twice a day. It helps to calm ne down and at night to sleep. God bless you and everyone you come in touch with. God loves us and we need to love him.
