Absolute truth! Suggestion: I recently listened to a podcast by Dr. Mark Hyman and a neurologist about Brain Health and the latest studies that revealed the multi-factors related to brain health (sleep, stress, exercise, diet). One statement that was really good: "what's good for the heart is good for the brain." Small changes make a difference as we take better care of the vessel the Lord has given us therefore, replacing a processed food snack with an apple would be a start. I, therefore, suggest topics on Brain Health including Scripture with positive thoughts and your truthful advice. Appreciate all that you do.

Would love to see more on what to eat : What did Jesus eat? From what I understand, their protein, back then, was from eggs and fish. More about a "Biblically Clean Diet." Anti-inflammatory diet, etc.

The truth is worth sacrificing for. But just because I feel that way and want it to be true in my life and actions - doesn’t mean I can always meet that belief with auctions aligned with it. Integrity is something I have never possessed 100% nor did I understand it thoroughly. I do understand it better today, but I am still working on being a person of integrity, willing to sacrifice anything for the truth. I do know , my grandfather is a person who is very much a person of integrity and lives by that level of truth in word and in deeds. I know that he isn’t perfect but I have someone in my life who exemplifies what I strive toward. Yes, the truth is worth sacrificing for. I also feel there is a gentle compassionate way to manage things and people who don’t believe that is true. My grandfather also exemplifies this trait. Want to know the benefits of drinking water. Does water help our breathing? I believe it does. Im a water drinker, recently i was very busy for a couple days, i mean physically busy, didn't notice i wasn't drinking water till the end of my busy day 1 8oz glass. Next day busy again! I stared feeling so tired after about 10 hours, my lungs felt like i wasn't getting enough air. I was praying and working, got through it. Drank water before bed I was so tired. Next morning I was fine. I wasn't sure if i was going to bible study next day, so glad i did! thankfully shared my experience. God works in mysterious ways

I do believe the truth is worth sacrificing for. Absolutely. In my opinion, “that an apple a day keeps the doctor away”, is true in that natural foods are best for us and if we focus on consuming the natural things, our health will be better than if we do not. Many axioms and adages said in the world are inaccurate. When I used to reach an untruth commonly spread as truth, I would get angry . Today, in terms of having God in my life, I find that those saying , axioms, adages and sayings passed off as truths to apply to my life and the lives of the people around me - I try to take it captive in my mind, unpack the thing , thinking on who said it when and to what and imagined what the intention was possibly, for that thing to be shared as a truth. More often than not I can determine whether or not it applies, and if it doesn’t I let it go. This helps me not be bitter or resentful of the worlds ways- and better acquaints me with the spirit in each thing and person. It is not a bad thing to eat apples, no matter how good or bad a report I get on what I consume, as there are adverse reports on fruits and vegetables and all manner of things, I feel that if I believe in the goodness of things, I will have the goodness God intends. I feel that I needn’t think further than that. Shalom 🎉❤

In contrast to my desperate plea, I say that though I seek a home among my Israelite Jewish brethren- I often feel terrible about inwardly rejecting the Rabbi’s breaking down of the Torah , or Gods Holy Bible teachings , as I feel they tamper with what has already been sealed by God and are glorified and spoken of in high glory and where they speak less of God and Jesus directly as if He is distant or lesser than the Rebbe- or as if the words of the Bible need to be chewed up and regurgitated out to a stupid audience. I argue it within myself yet I know all that I am meant to know will be given into me by God and Holy Spirit shall lead me , Jesus Himself leading me …. there in I find I may not have a home in a synagogue even if I were drawn into the church body - and I fear .
