To bad since they are poisoning us with the chemtrails with metal and plastic and pesticides maybe if they drop some magnesium metal it would be good for us😅😅

Some good news in that Tennessee just passed in their state senate to make Tennessee a chem trail free state….6 other states are processing similar bills in their senates, too. Keep spreading the word..the more people wake up to it, the better chance we have to get it stopped. Here in the U.K. it’s really bad. I pray 🙏🏻 all the time about it and declare blue skies and normal clouds every day! Jesus hears us!

Theres so many types of Mg. Is there a Mg "complex" thats best? Or should one zero in on Mg Taurine for MVPS or heart...Mg Glycinate for inflammation...anxieties...etc. I'm never sure of what is best. 8:33Very good info! What some do not realize is they can take calcium and vitamin d but if the magnesium is deficient, then calcium is not absorbed. Everyone listen up when he gives the foods list. The food is better because just because they have not found it yet, does not mean that they is something else needed in the food. From a retired dietitian.
