Hi Tharun Few years back I had inguinal hernia and got repaired. I would like to workout to improve my fitness level, gain weight and be in good shape. Request your advice on the below points. 1.What kind of exercises to be done that can strengthen the area near groin which can prevent the ocurance of hernia especially related to weight lifting. 2.What kind of exercises have the risk of causing hernia. Knowledge of this will help to avoid those excercises. 3.What abs workout can be done without the hernia risk. Bro myself sarish my age is 25 by December my weight is 67kg I'll hit to gym regularly but I'm not getting bulk muscle. I need videos of tips of doing every circuits for why we need to do it and how it works i mean position . I'll do 7.5kgx15reps, 10kgx15reps and 12.5kgx10reps for biceps and I'll get pain after gym but no results. I'll have too much junk foods to gain weight like shawarma with lot of mayo. But no results my coach said take nmass gain protein powder🤔 Finally I need perfect positioning for every set. Kindly do videos on every sets. I'll love this video!!
