Ok Team! Today's workout is slower paced because the goal is to increase those weights! Choose a weight that will challenge you but that allows you to maintain proper form. Start heavy and as you begin to lose form switch to a lower weight. And remember just do YOUR best!! 💪🏼💪🏼

I love these slower strength workouts. I feel like I can really focus on my form and increase weight because I'm not having to rush. I'd love to see more of these from you once this program is complete. ❤

Today is my 3 year anniversary of doing your workouts! I wake up at 4:45, 5 days a week to do a workout before I go to work. I cannot begin to describe all of the improvements and strength I have gained. At 52, I feel more fit than when I was in my 20's. Thank you for your wonderful workouts and your kindness for sharing these amazing programs free of charge.!!

Never ever thought that these would become "feel good" workouts after 5 weeks. I've also never been this consistent ... strictly following each day's schedule (supplemented with yoga). It really works!

It was slow paced yet intense. I used 8, 10, and 20 lbs today. No modifications. Arms are on🔥 Thanks Heather 😊

Great workout as always! I am so impressed that I am getting better at tricep pushups. They are becoming way easier for me to do as the program continues! Also, I need to invest in more weights!

Post 10 hrs arms are soar... Totally loved it.. increased weights today for few of the exercises..

Hi! What weights did you use? Is this lesson for men also? I am a guy and did this but it was brutal! I could only manage with 1 lb (half kg) dumbbells but could not even finish circuit 1 as my arms just gave up! 😟 I wish I could be strong and muscular as all the women here!

This is my favorite arm workout. I always go back & repeat it weekly. The video really hits the triceps, which I need. I hate that loose tricep hanging.

Never really comment but I had to say how much I enjoyed this workout. The pace was great I really got to zone in to the movements. I’m going through the program at my own pace but I truly have been enjoying them.

Oh my GOODNESS...I felt this in my triceps, biceps and shoulders...this was a KICK-BUTT workout... it left me out of breath...seriously who needs the gym when you have Heather Robertson workouts! THANK YOU! I'm terrified for tomorrow's leg workout...wish me luck!🙃

I loved this speed! Also, thank you so much for spinning around and showing us your hand placement while doing that tricep stretch - I never knew my hand was supposed to be pressed against my lower neck! Now I can actually feel the stretch lol. Love your workouts - thank you!! 🥰
