Ok Team! Today's workout is slower paced because the goal is to increase those weights! Choose a weight that will challenge you but that allows you to maintain proper form. Start heavy and as you begin to lose form switch to a lower weight. And remember just do YOUR best!! 💪🏼💪🏼

Today is my 3 year anniversary of doing your workouts! I wake up at 4:45, 5 days a week to do a workout before I go to work. I cannot begin to describe all of the improvements and strength I have gained. At 52, I feel more fit than when I was in my 20's. Hi! What weights did you use? Is this lesson for men also? I am a guy and did this but it was brutal! I could only manage with 1 lb (half kg) dumbbells but could not even finish circuit 1 as my arms just gave up! 😟 I wish I could be strong and muscular as all the women here!

This is my favorite arm workout. I always go back & repeat it weekly. The video really hits the triceps, which I need. I hate that loose tricep hanging.
