I got the same dog as you in 2016 for my birthday, and when she was that small, I remember her pouncing around the house while we were walking around. She'd trail behind us and her walk would be like jumping and it was so cute!!! Now she's a bit bigger but not as big as a regular poodle would grow ^^

I really want to get a bich-poo but after doing some research I read they really don’t like being left alone. So I thought maybe I shouldn’t as I live alone and have to work. I would be at home for the first few months and then be able to organize a dog walker at lunchtime 2 or 3 times a week. They’re my favorite dog but I don’t want to be unfair. Has anyone else with bich-poos found issues when they leave them? I’m thinking if so a cavapoo or Peekapoo might be better. Thanks for any comments...

Yes. Our little guy certainly has his moments in our absence. We have to leave him outside or in the garage when we leave the house. He's usually okay there but often tears the entire screen off of our sliding door to the backyard if he is left alone. When we first brought him home (rescue dog), the first time we left him home alone he literally tried to claw his way through the doorjamb to get into the garage to follow us. And if he's ever left inside the house, he routinely pees like a racehorse while on our beautiful hardwood floor while we're away. His name is Jax but my nickname for him is Fomo haha

You shouldn't leave any breed of dog on their own for more than 3 hours, so don't get a dog.

I have a bichon poodle 6-month-old, if I leave the house my hobby say after 2 or 3 hours start crying and watching the door, I conclude it will be very hard to have him babysit for a couple day if the need arrives. I find him very attached to me which could be a problem. But I love him even if being sick in the car is a bigger problem ;-)
