I use a Mirage deck & invisible deck in the same routine. I first leave the room with the invisible deck and return saying that I have made a prediction and turned over one card in the deck. The spectator then chooses their card from the Mirage deck and remembers it. (Obviously I know what card they are going to pick from the Mirage deck) I then take out my prediction card from the invisible deck and put it face down in front of the spectator. I then ask them what their card was and obviously they match. I find this more impressive than asking what their card was and then producing their card once they have told me their selection. Dave

@Ttavoc Yep, me too!! I can be fine doing a routine, and all of a sudden, I start to shake, just like in this video. If I was shaky to start with, then I wouldn't bother to do a routine. But it happens during and for no real reason, as I'm fine when I begin. We are not alone though! I have spoken to many people who suffer the same, and I mean really good Magicians, not bad ones like me! 😂😂. Stick with it though mate! Best wishes, Dave.

Great review, I have always loved the brainwave deck, but I only have an invisible deck. Oh and by the way it is called the rough smooth principal. That is what holds the cards together but still allows them to separate

Brainwave is not self working. Its a tool you need to get used too. And you will have a hard time until you can work properly with it. I have changed over to self built Brainwave which I make with a local, rough coating in the center so it really sticks together around the center. But if I push gently out of center it splits easily

Can i ever convert this into 2 sperate decks. Like can get rid of glue?
@magicmaster40944 жыл бұрын
I don’t know if you are able to get rid of the glue, but besides that, each color only has half the deck anyway (the blue backs r only the red cards, and the red backs r only the black cards), so I don’t see a point in separating this deck when you could just buy two standard ones.

Nice video and good explanation! BTW: Are you shivering all the time or is it just bad camera-work?
