@valiantsfelinesmccarty667811 ай бұрын
I think she thought about adding a little extra to that 800 because oh it's so expensive to live in Florida I don't need more money see a lot of the child support in most states it's a percentage of the cost of living for the family and the child support is supposed to help pay for the cost of the child living in the home as well as for the extra things a child needs. They do not expect the parent to provide all of the rent utilities etc. They give them a percentage how many people are living in the how many other children are living in the who else is providing income in and then that's the percentage they'll get when a woman goes through another divorce she has to go back in and ask for more money because she no longer has that percentage in her income that's how it happens now out here California

Nothing was mentioned about HOW she will become a marine biologist. If she has the credentials I'm almost certain he would know about it, especially since they met in college. She IS still obviously hurt/angry about him cheating. She has a right to be upset. He even acknowledged his mistake. But there is no reason to drag the kids into an adult situation. Sadly I wasn't married long as my late husband passed away shortly before our 5th anniversary. (Just a side note here.) After I returned from my husband's funeral my ex-husband was waiting on me to make sure I was ok.) He asked me, "What can I do for you?" All I could manage to say was, "I could really use a hug." What's funny is that the court WOULD have given her permission had she of done things right because she is improving her and the children's lives. Just taking off can get you in a world of hurt. My ex up and moved to Florida (from Michigan) with my 2 children and their older sister. My youngest ended up being murdered by the "new boyfriend" because she was crying when mom went to the store. He put a pillow on her face (6 months old) to muffle the crying and she suffocated. I brought both of my daughter home to bury her near family and then got custody of my older daughter and guardianship of the older sister in order to keep them two together. Mom was charged with parental kidnapping because she left the state with the kids without either my or the courts permission. My two girls are now mothers themselves, both with husbands in the military. One of which is 4 years from retirement (yes, it's been that long). To this day, they do not talk to their mother who has since created a new family and abandoned those kids as well for another man.

Here in Minnesota the parent who wants to move out of state, needs permission from the other parent to take the kids out of the state. So here's the biggest underlying problem in this case, the mother has violated a court order in regard to the geographical restriction. What this does is it violates the father's rights to have access to his children. The father should go to court over the mother's failure to comply with the Court's order in regard to the geographical restriction.
@jennilynn0711 Жыл бұрын
Then child support might change and it just got dropped so he may but then again he may just be happy enough not paying support and not bothering. She could probably go to court get permission and then try again for child support IF she really got that job offer. I thought you had to have a degree and it didn't say she didn't but he seemed shocked so I'm not sure she does.

The father should take this to a REAL COURT with a REAL JUDGE, as Vonda B is not a real judge. She is an attorney. This is just a television show.

This is why your custody papers need to include a radius clause. Preventing the female from moving a certain amount of miles away from the father. Normally it’s 20 miles. You’re entitled to that gentleman and all you have to do is ask for it and then stand your ground on it. The courts will not rule against you in most cases. Know your rights, gentlemen!

I obtained guardianship of my niece and nephew 19 years ago. I never mentioned anything about moving anywhere to anyone and the biological parents put in that I would up and move so they would never see the kids again. So I was slapped with not being able to move anywhere for a better job opportunity close to my other family members who would help me. If I had left for more than 2 weeks I could lose custody of my children. They call me mom and the parents were not there much for the kids as it was. I would love to have been able to moved but if I had I would never had the life experiences that I have had either. I’m hoping to get things together now so that I can have a fresh start. I’m so very sick of being in my location because of people’s ideas and actions.
