Carl Bernstein reported that at a fundraiser in June of 2023, Biden froze when he was standing up and speaking and had to have a chair brought to him. He was able to recover enough to finish speaking while sitting down. George Clooney just hosted a fundraiser that raised $30 million 3 weeks ago and he said he saw the same Biden who was at the debate. It wasn't "one terrible debate", it was an 81 year old man in decline. His fundraising has dried up since the debate. He's going to be replaced.
