The first Presidential debate in 2020 was September 29, 2020. The first one in 2016 was September 16, 2016. The first one in 2012 was October 3, 2012. If there are debates, they will start in September/October, the same as last time and the time before We will not hold debates earlier than that because Trump knows he is losing and is begging for them. Every time Trump mentions debates before July 4th, means he knows he is losing. Also, the Commission on Presidential Debates will determine the time and place as they have in the past. If Trump doesn't like that, well then he can debate himself.
