I suspect something similar, but harder to fight against and easier to disguise - Versions! The form will be changed a few days before the 'peak of applications received,' creating all sorts of ripples in systems. Without going into too many details, when you create time stamps in bureaucratic systems it becomes possible to 'back date' things to those time stamps. This occurs all the time in such systems, where paperwork can take time to go through the gears, and likely what they are trying to avoid here. These user-printed P.D.F.'s would lack any sort of marking in the secondary systems that could be used to even create such an argument in the first place. So expect the form on the website to be quietly updated and orders to discard anything printed in the old format. Added, even though it shouldn't have to be said: Fully expect them to simply shred anything received in the old format, no attempts made to correct the issue from the governments end. As these forms are destroyed without the submitters knowledge, poor voters may find out far to late to correct it before the next election. To add extra salt - the people doing it will make it seem like the victims are to blame for being too lazy to submit forms properly....

@Christina Martin do you know the history of viting rights for black people. Last election, the majority people who struggled to vote were communities of the colors. Man black people had to wait 8 hours in a line before casting their votes. The machines were either broken or delayed, some of the mailbox were removed so people had travel further in order to mail their votes. All of those complaints were made public last year. Whit counties or districts were not having those problems. What your teacher told you is wrong information. Trump, Hillary, biden were not good candidates. You're not voting for someone because of integrity, most people voted those candidates into office because of the only choice they were given and you vote for someone who you think is less evil. A lot of americans like myself don't have faith in any administration or political system. Our current system is corrupt and toxic.

@Zach Hogan I agree, except AAs are the ones who insisted on being called AA. I call them black Americans (if I have to describe) for several reasons. First, Africans have been here long enough to not indicate any "original" country, just like whites. I mean, how far back are we gonna go? Far enough back and I'M AA!! Second, I would consider only a first generation person, born in Africa then immigrating to America, to be an African American. Third, if we are differentiating like that, we must be called European Americans. Fourth, it IS a way of saying black people are not "real" Americans. Fifth, at this point in our history, we have no idea who is actually "from" Africa since there have been dark skinned people in many other countries, forever. Sixth (sort of subsection of fifth), just because they LOOK AA or A descent, doesn't mean they are. My ex has been thought of as AA all his life. His parents, too. But DNA shows he is actually 47% African and 51% European and 2% Asian. And each of those "Europeans" are all over, like Southern E., Western E., Northern E.. European, but not what we all think of as European. Besides, black Americans have been here in America so long that they literally have their own unique culture, lifestyle, speech, goals, etc.. A distinct people. Just like white Americans are essentially mutts. Totally different than Irish or Scandinavians or Russians or Italians. We have everything in our DNA now, including African, Middle Eastern, and so on. I did get chastised by a black woman though, for asking if the guy she was looking for was black or white. She decided to lecture me. Pointing to her black shirt saying, "THIS is black. Your shirt is white." He was of European descent." MAN was I glad I knew of my ex-husband DNA. SHE got a counter lesson in presuming a person's heritage based on color. Anyway. Sorry so long. Just a rant. :)

Yes! I listened to President Biden's press conference and it was excellent. The only thing he did 'wrong' was give them actual answers. Reporters can't seem to understand details and context.
