Green tea and lemongrass but the bucket load. Not sure why I’m finding it so appealing lately. Also chai tea and English breakfast. I like to add almond milk to the English breakfast with a splash of vanilla extract.

I have loved Bif since I was a teenager in America in the 90s when Moment of Weakness came out and I love her even more now! She’s the reason I went to and fell in love with Canada. She’s such an inspiration and every time I see her in interviews I feel so happy! Thank you for posting this!!!!!

Thanks for sharing! :) I can't wait for things to go back to normal 😪 ...I recently quit drinking coffee and have felt like my mental health improved drastically. I actually just uploaded a video about me quitting for 30 days, and I explain how my sleep improved and my anxiety decreased :) I also have other videos about things I do to improve my energy and mood :)
