I'm right there with you - I've got too many years of consumer behavior research under my belt to think that consumers aren't sensitive to small fees... ESPECIALLY when they're already shopping in a more frugal manner...

Hi Julia! I love your videos! Our Indianapolis bins charges $1.79 per pound. My sales on Mercari took a nosedive when they started charging the extra fees for buyers. I recently started doing free shipping to offset the cost for the buyer and my sales have picked back up. I hope you're having a wonderful week with lots of sales🎉

Asheville, NC bins are $1.49 a pound flat for clothes. We don't have the reach 25 or 50 pound thing

I go back and forth from Louisiana to Indiana. My Louisiana bins are $1.49/lb and Indiana is $1.79/lb. There are a couple others in Louisiana I go to that are $2.50 an item.

I’m in Orange County we have 1 and it’s 3.99 lb and only clothes closed sundays 9-2 and no rotations!! One day I want to go to LA bins and stay all day long! I feel like assistance league thrift stores are best for sourcing! You have to have some in LA check it out!

Oooooh - I most DEFINITELY will check them out! I know that location in Orange County, and while it is spendier, it tends to be the best in terms of quality of pieces I find there, so definitely worth the splurge from time to time!!

Denver is 1.69 per pound. All pounds. Hardgoods are either .59 or .79. Books are individual. Shoes n purses are at the 1.69.

I have a general question about how you do shipping discounts on Poshmark. Do you generally provide a shipping discount? Since the new feature on Poshmark now offers a "no shipping discount" option, are you or do you believe more resellers are now choosing this option? I personally just switched to not offering a discount unless the item is listed above $60. Others in the comment section: Do you still provide shipping discounts?

I always give a shipping discount even though I have always added items to a bundle and discount was never mandated. I feel posh buyers expect it and with so many not offering a discount, my offers should stand out. Hope that helps!

This is a great question - I generally still offer it when I make my offers to likers - I go back and forth a bit on it, but I do usually end up adding the discount back in. Interested to hear what others are doing!
