Ingredients:
1 block of tofu ( use firm or silken depending on your preference)
1 teaspoon turmeric
1 tablespoon nutritional yeast
1/2 teaspoon kala namak ( black salt if you can source it gives a sulphurous eggy flavour)
black pepper
1-2 tomatoes
100g (1 cup) mushrooms
1-2 tablespoons liquid smoke
1 tin drained butter beans or cannellini beans (or soak and cook from dried)
salt and pepper
1 tablespoon "henderson's" or mushroom relish (vegan worcestershire)
1 tablespoon tomato puree
optional 1/2 onion/ garlic/ chilli
For the burrito: a wrap or chapatti, spinach leaves, an extra chilli
