1/2 - 1 butternut squash
2 carrots
1 stick celery
1 onion
1/2 cup water
1 cup plant milk
1 1/2 teaspoon cornflour
pinch nutmeg
1 tablespoon nutritional yeast
salt and pepper
Recipe 2:
replace butternut squash with 1 1/2 cup soaked cashew nuts
Recipe 3:
Replace butternut squash with 1-2 cups cauliflower
Use fortified plant milk and add salt and pepper to your taste. Option to add a teaspoon of mustard- I like whole grain
