I understand your point about Jun win equity but thats where I think Jun pulled the most genius move of the season: She realizes she has no win equity. She looks around the room and sees Allison, which people hate a lot more than her and approaches Allison, the person she herself hates the most in this house and be like "Girl everyone hates us, the only chance we have is each other". Having the emotional intelligence to recognize that, to me puts Jun wayyyy higher than numer 9. I dont think a lot of people would put their ego aside and take a long hard look at their win equity and would be ready to work with someone they hated for the sake of winning the game. She did not have win equity, she created it out of thin air and thats what makes her an incredible winner. She threw all the variables aside and saw the equation for what it was and ran with it.

I personally have some disagreement with the placement of Taylor because I believe that her biggest quality is better than most people up to Jackson at 14 is that she doesn't seem to have a scenario where she goes home from week 3 onwards. The closest times that she had been to going home would be the final 5 where she convinces Turner to vote against the one person they can likely beat in the end, and the final 3 in the event that Turner won the HOH. In every other week, there were never circumstances where she was going to be the collective house target or HOH target because of some of her positioning and social relationships. In addition, she does amazing jury management for people leaving that (even if we were to not view the conspiracy of juror being pressured to vote for her) she would have so many locked votes that she wins against most people in a final 2. The only person that she had the chance of losing to would be Michael, but she knew very well to avoid that outcome at all costs.
@melfeasance.4 ай бұрын
Absolutely this. I don’t think she’s top 10 or anything but I think she deserves to be several spots higher because she did play an amazing social game once she was actually allowed to. And it was genuinely through no fault of her own in the first couple weeks that she was targeted for a false narrative that was painted about her within the first couple days of being in the house. I know almost going home has to be some kind of ding but she didn’t earn that position by any of her own actions so it shouldn’t be as big a ding as it is to place her as low as she is.

@voodoomcspaghettipants40825 ай бұрын
Yes and no on the Taylor thing. While she dealt with maltreatment that definitely harmed her in week 1, she also made zero headway in making social bonds when we saw her just a week later be able to do so. When her back was against the wall in week one she wasn’t able to find the right people to align with. While she eventually corrects that mistake, it took her longer than it needed to. To put her above Jackson and Kaycee is a bit unfair since those 2 had higher highs than Taylor (Kaycee’s positioning, Jackson’s utilization of his comp wins and final 5 move). Taylor luckily escaped week one, was on the bottom until the formation of the leftovers (not something she actively did), rode with the leftovers despite being positioned poorly within it, gets benefitted by the Kyle situation to where his power structure crumbles, is placed in a better position in the new power structure (although not a main driver until the very end), and then gets taken to the end by Monte despite it being against his best interest. While you can credit Taylor a bit for convincing him to take her, the decision is mostly a fault of Monte in being wildly off on everyone’s jury perception. Taylor played an active game and fought very hard, but the things that actually advanced her round to round were predominantly out of her control

I think the other thing that puts Jag at the bottom is that Camron was voted out week 5 and due to a twist he comes back to the game and makes it to the jury after winning HOH. Camron was one of the biggest supporters of Jag in the jury house, so there’s a big possiblility that Jag would have lost to Matt if it was either Jarod or Meme in his spot.

I don’t think that Cameron really changed anyone’s mind. He had by far the worst social game of the jury, so I doubt he changed anyone’s mind in the jury. From the exit interviews it seemed like Matt never took credit for moves, while Jag took credit for being the strategist(when he wasn’t).

But I go with Andy since he didn't benefit from garbage like Battle of the Block and Team America which while I think he still wins anyway, made things easier on and helped Derrick. And dominating a house that much (as you said often from the shadows) as a GAY man, on probably the most bigoted season in history, is super impressive.

In terms of the Rachel situation with Lewan, Rachel was never going home that week bc America would've always voted for Brendan to playin the comp and Brendan would've always thrown it to Rachel. That doesnt really mean much in terms of this list but still
@lolno69753 ай бұрын
I respect the list, but i think Jag needs some respect. You dont just win 10 comps, break a record that people legitimately think never wouldve beaten AND have such a good social relationship with many players tha they would sabotage their own game to save Jag. Yes Jags game is pretty horrible in the beginning/middle section, but he also has some amazing flashes of tactical gameplay, such as in the final 5 where he actually plays it literally perfectly I feel we dont respect the physicality of BB enough, and i see no way that anyone touches that 10 comp record, at least any time soon. But yeah, Andy number 1. And i actually have him as the far and away front runner to win an all-winners season (if it ever happens)
@DVal-bl7hmАй бұрын
I will also say in Jag's defense that the Cirie, Izzy, and Jared pregame relationship made it pretty difficult for anybody who wasn't aligned with them early on to get much social capital in the game. It doesn't excuse Jag's poor gameplay when he was at the bottom, but he could have probably had a cleaner game if he was on a typical all-newbie season.
@shafiislam54044 ай бұрын
I personally believe Xavier should be right before Lisa on the list, at 17. Xavier NEEDED the cookout to help him get to the end. The only good work Xavier actively did was having a great relationship with Big D and Azah, who each had little social capital and were terrible at competitions. Most of the house wanted Xavier, and even Big D, out of the game. Due to circumstances beyond the game, it helped Xavier get to the end. Tiffany, Kyland or Hannah for sure would’ve won without the cookout. Had Xavier not been eligible for the cookout, he would’ve been taken out like the 1st 5 boots that season. Lisa, Will, and whoever else was in between, had either a great enough social capital and standing in the game to help them get to the end, so they should be higher than Xavier in my opinion.

For the most part I agree and think your rankings are completely logical and unbiased. However, Jag and Taylor were on the block on eviction night and votes stacked against them, yet you still ranked him at 24 and her at 19 despite the fact that she was saved and given a second chance by producer interference without needing to do anything, where as Jag was saved by a power that another houseguest had to be willing to use on him. Also the argument that Taylor would have won against Paloma or Alyssa is completely redundant considering that’s a completely different game. Nobody knows if she still wins BB24 if that happens.

So if you are going based off of that. The way Will played his format of big brother was pretty impressive. I agree that the first 2-3 weeks were rough but after that there is literally no luck involved in his win it’s all just relationships that Will was able to build and use to his advantage. That being said he was able to get to the end without having to win a single HoH. He also played up his character in the diary room knowing the jury was watching. He played his format very well I don’t believe he should be placed low because of the og format.

This is spectacular positioning and she tried to have the his position which gives her good winning chances. Similarly to Taylor, Josh was also in danger at the beginning of the game and was semi saved with a twist in the golden apple. Josh also wasn’t positioned well at almost any part of the game until mid jury and still had little win equity. So comparing the games of taylor and josh. I almost don't want to count any of them. #20 Josh #19 Xavier - Both wins were due to crazy things happening. One being the cookout, which is an alliance i hate as there is nothing you can do against it (unless they admit to being in an alliance)... Basically means Xavier won a 6 person BB (where he floated kind of) and Josh's big move was banging pans and being next to the most hated house guest. #18 Adam (weird twist and super weak house and no impressive game play really) #17 Boogie (he was carried by Will) #16 Taylor (confused game play and socially not savy) #15 Ian (executed his plan more or less, but it was him being used by others more than him pushing the game) #14 Michie (should have been voted out as a comp threat but dumb house, good single clutch lie at the end, not that that should have saved him). #13 Drew (helped form an early alliance, then did.... almost nothing. No notable mistakes but didn't control the action IMO). #12 Kaycee (Solid enough, but not someone who felt in control of the game more than others. She should have lost the vote too). #11 Steve (underrated winner. A lot of bad things can be mentioned about his game but a lot more good. Never lost track of his position in the house and expertly positioned himself and a low key comp beast when needed) #10 Lisa (Solid game, made good choices, but not good enough to be higher) #9 Hayden (Good player, but did the least of his alliance to get him to the end IMO. Lance at least was able to control Britney.) #8 Maggie (now we are into high tier winners. No shame in her game, just not as dominant as others imo and i feel her emotional appeal strat wouldn't translate well to other seasons and if there wasn''t a strong counter alliance in the house all season.) #7 Jun (just a good game that feels very repeatable. But didn't truly control the season the way others did) #6 Nicole (A very solid season, but needed just a little luck. Still it felt like she had a good hold on it most of the time). #5 Cody - (Great season, but the massive pregaming taints it a little for me, still i need to give him props for great execution) #4 Will (Very good social player, but needs to be able to win comps). #3 Derrick (Perhaps the most dominant win ever.... but if his strat cracks can he adapt? Not proven). #2 Andy (Great win. proven he could be thrown into any house and do great). #1 Dan (Nuff said. But every time i think about his season i wonder how'd he'd do if given another shot).

Andy's BB15 game is easily the best IMO. Only rivaled by Derrick's on BB16, which also has a case. Dan's BB10 game was great but would rank it behind Andy BB15, Derrick BB16, and possibly Cody BB22 too. As a player I probably rank him #1 when you add in his BB14 game, but as a winning game no way is BB10 #1 over those. Andy and Derrick had almost everyone in the house taking them to F2 and beat everyone in a F2. Dan did not have everyone taking him to F2, in fact the only one who probably was is Memphis, Keesha and Renny were taking each other, Jerry was taking Memphis or Renny, and of course none of Libra, April, Ollie, Michele were ever taking him. And he does not neccessarily win every F2 either. Renny probably beats him with Keesha, April, Ollie all locked for her over Dan, and quite possibly Libra, Michele, Jerry voting her too. Keesha would be close. Michele would be close, not that this F2 ever happens. April too.

And I totally disagree with Xavier being that low. Yes the Cookout existed, but it was one of the strongest alliances in history with 5 of the 6 (minus Derek F) being very strong players, and he easily outplayed and beat them all at the end of the game. And the rest of the house were totally outclassed by the Cookout, so obviously none of them deserve to win more than him either. Every house has over half the house never standing a real chance, and atleast half of seasons have a big alliance that dominates anyway. He is overrated by some people, but no way can he be near the bottom with all the bad winners on Big Brother.

Ironically, when a player has the best game and is so dominant *cough cough* *Derrick* it makes for the most boring season because steamrolls are sleep inducing and kill my interest to watch the show.

Man admits will played up to the cameras knowing the jury would be able to see them and played the game in the way that is effective at that time then said ye but that’s not how it is nowadays and ranked him horribly even tho it’s the same guy who talks up Danielle Reyes as one of the best to never win lmfao

taylor one of the best social players ever! 19th?! over people like josh,jackson kaychee?! this not the challenge its big brother! if she get saved by a twist. then if one of the winners of the bb ai arena comp is then also gonna place low bc save by a twist🙃🙃 she makes inpressive socials moves as this show is.

I wouldn't exactly call being ostracized the first week, being put into a new majority alliance, mainly because it's a vote (yes I know it's also for personal reasons on how she was treated but the alliance even said it's a number for them), and having a bit of hoh-itis when you had power, and sleeping with the hoh when you had the potential to be put up and taken out (not to mention rubbed people the wrong way cause of her relationship with Joseph) as one of the best social players of all time lol. Not saying she's bad socially at all but definitely not the best or close to it.

I agree with most of your list, I'm thankful for the video, really enjoyed it, I only disagree with Andy and Steve, Andy is a great winner just not the best imo and Steve for me was a floater. Rachel and Evel dick are not as great and I'm glad you pointed that out, also thanks for giving respect to Maggie, she ran that house. Great video!!
