Big Bud 16V-747 Tractor

The 1,100 hp 130,000 lb BIG BUD 16V-747 is the world's largest tractor. This 14ft tall 25ft wide tractor is equipped with a set of Titan LSW 1400 tires which help it work an acre a minute with an 80ft wide FRIGGSTAD D7-80 chisel plow . This video talks about the massive tractors specifications and visits with Ron Harmon who built the tractor in 1977 and Robert and Rand Williams who farm with it in Montana .

great interview, We went on vacation to Montana in July and I got to visit with Mr.Ron Harmon for almost 2 hours in his office. It was so cool that he took time to talk farming with me and all the history. He also raced motorcycles ,hill climbing.

What years and what series of big buds that got the Exhaust mufflers painted like a Budwiser Beer can? I beleive it was 1991 when i went to Dorfluer Farms in oregon. Bob had big bud tractors, and a Earth quake i drove the Earthquake for 2 days pulling a Kellobilt 375 series double offset disc i worked for Kellobilt for 11 years
