You need a better sharper knife for cutting up the meat. You're really struggling with the knife you have because it's too small/blunt and the wrong shape. That's dangerous as you could slip and cut yourself. Have a chat with your local Butcher, he'll recommend someone suitable that's available locally 👍 Be careful 🙏

Horse meat? Yes, that is very disturbing, especially knowing the horrendous circumstances and manner of slaughter. I suppiet horse rescues and I'm having a very hard time reconciling this.

Its possible these horses die naturally, accident, illness or other - its unlikely they would use unethically killed horse or other animal meat...it would have to be legally, ethically sourced for the animals welfare...you would hope so

​@@redboyjan I did not suggest this rescue would abuse any animal. What I am questioning is how their horse meat is sourced. Far too many horses enter the slaughter pipeline from the US to Mexico. It is illegal to slaughter horses for meat in the US, but somehow a legal loophole is exploited to ship them over the border. What those animals endure on the way is horrific and inhumane.

God help you when something actually shocking happens to you. Many cultures eat horses, some don't eat what you eat and may think it's weird. It's a cultural thing only, nothing bad. Being shocked is really silly. Also some yanks have all sorts of wild animals as pets, utterly cruel, do I feel shocked yes of course, but do I think bad of your whole country because of that?

You have assumed me to be ignorant of a number of things and that I am easily shocked. You are wrong. I was simply letting the videographers know that the detailing of horse meat is not helpful if they wish to gain the charitable contributions of the very large American audience following this channel.
