I know for a fact that, where I live, a Tai Chi-teacher is looking for ages for a place to be able to give her lessons. She is dreaming of a small garden but here in Belgium she also knows that’s a utopia 😊 So, access to a nice space with the possibility to go outside in case of nice weather would a dream become true for her… Maybe you should check upon your new town and investigate the current situation regarding available spaces? There is also a café in my neighbourhood where people who like to crochet, knit and sew, come together one evening a week or month to help each other on their projects or to just chat while crafting. (this way they don’t have to invite everybody in their own houses + not every one has enough space to welcome 7 or even more ladies with a sewing machine) Meetings, small teambuildings, workshops, … (small catering facilities would be an extra asset😊) Anyway, if I were you, I would certainly evitate to arrange a fix setting and keep your space as well as your options as open as possible. I think that might be a worthwhile path since ‘space’ and ‘community’ have become precious goods these days.

First of all, welcome back & congratulations on your new home💕💕 Awesome idea with what you would like to do with your place. Besides running classes, you could also do something like doing up a package with recipe & ingredients ready to go so customers could bake their own just like “Hello Fresh” except yours is for baking. Maybe have front part as a cafe or takeaway & back part for cooking class. Plan it so that you utilise all your space. I used to run a food business & actually thinking of starting a small bakery to pass time. I was actually in London a few weeks ago & would have loved to meet up with you. Maybe next time. Also, get sponsors to give you free equipments & you promote for them & you get a commission from the sales. Sky is your limit my dear & follow your dreams😘 Wishing you good health. Baking school is a super idea! Its something you like to do and will bring in revenue as well.... Hey, maybe you can film the classes and post them on your channel... Those of us who can't attend can watch, learn and enjoy! Regarding decor, would suggest sticking to Zen like modern Asian theme with clean Lines and very soothing style ...
