As a FYI, the CDRomance announcement was a public announcement on a public website. *Anyone* (and any company) could access the announcement to learn more about it. News of this is already up on sites like RetroDodo and TimeExtension, and I felt it important to weigh in on the matter...especially if you understand what I am saying in the video. yea. it's a bad change for cd romance but not like i didn't expect it to happen. it was a little over a year ago when they disabled comments and the only way to view them was to login to a different server (might have even been discord) and i really didn't like that then. forcing a login to make downloads on a rom site is certainly a choice given the news we learned recently about nintendo tracking down people through what subreddits they were active in. oh well, guess that's it for cdromance.

If you are talking about nintendo, then keep in mind that nintendo has an office in the US(ampng other countries other than Japan), and so they are considered multi-national. Therfore the branch of nintendo in America can use american law.

That mGBA updater really needs improvements, since I had to update twice before I got the newest version. So, nice to see they are working on that. I am also glad for the news about 3DS emulation. Seeing the two Citra forks' creators joining to one project is welcomed. But with Panda3DS' improvements it also seems that times when Citra and their forks were the only way to emulate 3DS are over and that's nice to see too. As for delayed games, well, I always loved Shigeru Miyamoto's statement that delayed games will eventually be good, while rushed games will stay bad. True, this statement was long before online updates changed a lot, but I still think this statement has some truth even to these days, because no one want unfinished products. You don't buy a new car and then wait for "updaters" to deliver you wheels, so you can actually drive it. And the same should be true for games. Why wait for an update to be able to play the game you paid for? No. I'd rather wait to see the game really finished. That's my opinion on this.

Sony is getting problems from the community because there was some small mobile games about making some food jump with one button, it was totally a scam and there were some unofficial GTA game that stoled all of the GTA VC assets, the game only focus on one of the main game mission about the RC helicopter one but modified, Take 2 Interactive will probably take it down if they found out about it

Kind nice to hear that the developers delayed Croc for take time to improve the game, it would be awful if just of those another remasters with broken aspects like glitches or game breaking bugs. I'm gonna be honest that art for that Grand Taking Ages definitely looks AI generated to me. The fact that they're trying to be a parody is kinda funny and it could always be a fake name that they'll use for publicity and then swap with a real on later, but it just sounds like another "game dev tycoon" or "dev life sim" game which might be a reasonable game.
