Wow,Wow, this is a home for a family of today… Absolutely stunning house.. The 9ft ceilings are so awesome, the kitchen with the amazing island and killer pantry… family room for movie night, and the master bathroom and bathroom… this place is fantastic… Boy could I see that with a nice deck on a nice piece of property… Awwww , a guy can dream…

Love that big island and the kitchen as well as the front room and activity room. Like the bedroom closets. Love the spaciousness of the entire home. Loved that big pantry

Very nice tour of a very nice home Nate. It shows that Gillespie Homes puts in good attention to detail when they finish out their homes for show; I bet the home site delivered product gets the same attention too. That it a big concern for me about a mfg/modular home delivered and set up on site. I really like what they did with the kitchen/dining/living are with the stretch. Kit doesn't disappoint (but yes the are spendy up here in the PNW). Thanks!

Beautiful home! I like the flooring in the bathrooms better than what is shown in the rest of the house, so I would change that. Then I'd move the door in the laundry room to the side for entry into the attached 2 car garage. Thanks for the tour!

Hi Nate I was thinking about the drop zone right when you come in the back door would be a pile up maybe put counter and cabinets then the drop zone just not when you come in the door. I really like this one
