Nate, this home is absolutely beautiful! If I was in the market for a home this size this one would be my first choice with a couple of changes. But that's what customization is all about. I would take out the wet bar and add in some beautiful built-in bookshelves. I would reconfigure the master bedroom closet so that there is more hanging space. Great home, great job filming!

Omg’sh, I want this house!!! It is gorgeous!!! Absolutely love it!!! The only thing I would change, if possible, is instead of the 3 windows in the living room, I would put a fireplace in that area. Other than that, it’s perfect!!!❤️❤️❤️

I wouldn't want the bar area and I'd have different kitchen cupboards and counter tops. So spacious and lots of storage. Finally I'd like a wand shower in the master bathroom

I absolutely love the cabinets. In ways it reminds me of an old 1910 farm house I use to live in. The size of the living room, dining area, the big kitchen and utility room and master bedroom are all similar in size to that old house. That old home only had one bathroom though and it was way back there at the end of the house. 2.5 baths are better. And the old house wasn't drafty it was windy in there. I bet this one doesn't have the drafts. Very nice.

I love the front of the house, and the recessed front door. But who has a wet bar with sink in the entryway??? 🤪. Nice wood cabinets, and great closets, yet, the living room/dining room are too open for me, and they are so spacious that they look like they might be best suited for some ballroom dancing💃🏼. Not much warmth to this home, and too high of a price too🥴. But thanks Nate, for a nice presentation 😊

Cabinets look like their made out of recycled Popsicle sticks. They put a bar to hang stuff over the washer and dryer area so low its only fit for a dish cloth

It is like a bent I hutch - plated go in the spaces you thought were for glass. Its called a plate rack. Your glassware goes behind the ripple glass doors. Very nice home. Don't care for the sink being the first thing you see when you walk inside the home.

Now there's one thing you don't ever show the air conditioner bit underneath the house from one side to the other I never got plastic wrap around ladies and gentlemen your cats and dogs will tear that up and you have no heating system I know I live in a big old mobile home and right now I have no heating system in my house are AC the only way I heat my house is the fireplace that's in it and it burns wood now we need manufactured homes will finally built an air conditioner system that has no ventilation to go from one side to the next side without landing on the ground something going

Totally unimpressed. Why would you even show a hose still under construction with chicken wire in the front? A house this big and the first thing I’m going to see when I walk in the front door is a sink? Cheap counter tops throughout. Not decorated for show with construction debris all around. No common sense used in this presentation.
