For years I used to see Chip Whistler as Disney channel's version of Sideshow Bob. Both are maniacs with a large ego that want to make a child suffer for humiliating them. They also have their own running gag of getting hurt the same way over and over again (Chip breaks his tooth and Bob steps on a garden rake). But, there are a few differences that separate Chip and Bob: Bob sees his rivarly with Bart Simpson as an epic duel and feels the need to grant his opponent a last request (like sing the entire score of the HMS Pinafore) or a honorable end. There were times in which he could kill Bart and be done with it, but couldn't do the deed as it was too easy. There is also a part of him that knows what he is doing is wrong and doesn't want to be the bad guy. Chip on the other hand, is a bratty, twisted vengeful monster who apparently is even okay with murder as that would make him feel alive and happy. Also, Bob tried to change his ways by running away to Italy and starting a family, but the Simpsons unintentionally revealed his criminal past, ruined his life and returned him to his criminal ways. In Chip's case the Greens did nothing to him. He returned to villainy on his own.

Chip is one of the most pure evil characters in Disney, he’s different from belos, he’s worse: belos/Philip only ever had one goal in mind (“be the hero that got rid of evil witches”) but chip was given several opportunities to stop, to just forget (greens offered him friendship before, he could have just become wholesome food ceo and get on with his life and now he could have become “norm”) but he chose revenge in the end not because he thinks it’s the right thing (even himself thinks he’s a monster) but because it’s what makes him happy, he knows that it’s wrong but it became his life’s purpose, belos simply didn’t WANT redemption because he didn’t think he needed (he honestly thought he was doing the right thing), chip CANNOT ACCEPT redemption because it wouldn’t make him happy (he KNOWS he’s doing the bad thing but he wants it anyway)

I see Chip as more of a mentally ill man than a typical 'disney villian'. There is something wrong with him that he can't control. You can see he actually tried to be 'Norm' but this scene feels like a metaphor for when you can't mask illnesses anymore. I'm not an expert of types of disorders but to me this seems like a paranoid personality disorder, antisocial personality disorder, borderline personality disorder

Chip Whistler is the most evil, vile, ruthless, and monstrous Disney villain in the Big City Greens cartoon series. When the season finale of Big City Greens comes next year or one day in the future Chip is gonna get revenge on the Green family and everybody who shunned and wronged him and come up with a plan to take over as the new mayor and take over Big City and Chip is just evil and insane as ever. There will also be a decision like either Chip's father will try to reason with his son Chip or disown his son Chip when Mr.Whistler finds out the truth about his Chip. More importantly just when Greg got fired from Wholesome Foods by his former boss Chip along with Rose and lived a good and normal life I can't believe Greg rejoined Chip's side again when he should've ran away from Chip out of the sewers. Even though I like both Greg and Rose who have good hearts I hope Greg turns against Chip and does the right thing and joins the Green family and becomes friends with them and becomes a hero and doesn't die with Chip and I want Greg to live. I also like Greg and Rose as a couple and ship.❤

Speaking about Chip's return... I had to think a lot about it, but I wasn't sure for a while. Then today Disney confirmed that a S5 has been greenlighted for this show... and that pretty much settled it out: I'm stopping at Chip's Revenge (that's the title of the episode in which I suppose Chip Whistler will make his last stand). I'm sorry but I can't follow this show forever, and I'm not in good terms with Disney, and sticking to them even for just one show just makes me mad. So I will just finish the rest of Moon Girl & Devil Dinosaur and I'll watch BCG until Chip's Revenge (which is supposed to be episode 21 of S4) and I'm done.
