Looking for a triple-wide with two Master suites (with retreat dens), 4 bedrooms total, living room & den on opposite ends of house & a nice size dining room. I’ve seen one I liked, but I forgot to save it. The idea is for a mother-in-law quarters(two families under one roof.

I do not understand WHY they don’t give a full size shelf in every cabinet. Those wimpy half shelves are nearly worthless. More space is Necessary not less. Also needs linen cabinets and pantry. Great home but when buying such a home more storage is a must have. Great tour Dave but I’ve lived in manufactured homes and now know how critical storage is.

Thank you for your question! Pricing a home on a KZbin channel is very difficult because it's viewed all over the country and wont nesseceraly reflect pricing in your area. The reason for this is because any pricing posted is pricing only for the area in which my store operates. Which is a 200 mile radius from Bowling Green KY. Pricing everywhere else can and will most likely be very different due to freight, local codes, setup cost etc.... The price of this home in my area is $169,900+tax. That's a setup price on a permanent foundation as of 2/15/2023. This price can change due to material cost and fluctuations in the market.
