@@nutritionistseemasinghDairy & meat industry is not sustainable environmentally and has a high carbon foot print as it's one of the major green house gas emitter also it's associated with intense cruelty aswell so we should realise it and shift towards more environmentally sustainable & cleaner sources than relying completely on dairy & meat lab grown meat & milk in future should be promoted more than the conventional once & most Indians who comes from middle class and poor daily wages workers background on other hand can't afford high protein diet even the pet capita meat consumption of non vegetarians in India is very less as compared to West due to non affordability that's why India is also a price sensitive consumerist market and asking them in such a condition to increase their protein intake is impractical unless & untill gov doesn't subsidise all the protein food products including vegan & non vegan or fortify certain food products with protein at low cost currently fad of protein in india too seems like a marketing gimmick where carbs are highly demonised as traditional Indian diet is actually a high carb diet as it's very much affordable for most of the Indians .
