Yes there are all kinds of little clever tools out there. I add onions and spices to the can. Some experts say it doesn't moisten the skin i disagree

Thank you Rosel, ordered my Big Easy a couple of days ago from Amazon and immediately started hunting for accessories. We got tired of replacing grills and I always wanted a smoker my wife bought me a small Air Fryer last Christmas which we have been using almost every day but it's not big enough to handle much, so when I saw this roasted - Bang, this was it. Our last grill 4 burner Kenwood literally rotted away, so the wife want me to promise to keep it clean, so I will need to watch your video on cleanup, and sorry but maybe a few others that may be on KZbin as well. Thank again and I subscribed and look forward to viewing your other videos.

I just ordered myself 1 of these as a BDay gift 4 myself. Eversince the pandemic hit, I been mastering my cooking skills I learned so much about cooking, I want learn more. For 1 it saves me monet from eating out all the time, 2 I learned that all these fancy dishes they make in restaurants u can make yourself & spend way less than in a restaurant, 3 you.can get as much, or less than u want. Now I wanna learn how to fry a turkey for my family, & I think the big easy is the best way to go. I've watched many tutorials & read many reviews on the Big Easy, & I hear nothing but positive reviews on it.

Question, can you the Big Easy on a brined turkey? I'm aware that you shouldn't deep fry a brined turkey in oil due to excessive moisture. Because I know that hot oil & moisture don't mix which I've leaned through trial & error.

@@prestonmcleod1726 Yes absolutely you can brine your bird before you Big Easy Fry it, if I'm not mistaken I brined one in a previous video.

I found your video about 3 weeks ago and I enjoy your videos I also have the Big Easy Grill I have a total of 5 of them I still have my very first Big Easy quilt when they first came out that holds 25 lb turkey and it is going strong have more problems out of the newer ones with the ignition not sparking the fire ring but I found out how to get around that keep up the good work
